Returns, Refunds and Exchanges Policy

How To Return An Item

1. Please email info@thethermalblade.com to alert customer service of the problem with your THERMALBLADE and a representative will get back to you within 48 hours.

2. Explore options with Customer Service to walk through installation.

If it is determined that the THERMALBLADE Needs to be replaced, a return authorization will be provided from customer service.

3. Mail your returned THERMALBLADE to:
130 Main St.
Muncy Valley, PA 17758

4. Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt. 

Return Exceptions

Returns sent without a return authorization will not be accepted and will not be refunded.
The physical THERMALBLADE Frame cannot be opened and the wiring harness cannot be tampered with.

THERMALBLADE Frames that are opened or the wiring harness is tampered with are considered customer destroyed and cannot be refunded.

Restocking Fee

All items are subject to a 15% restocking fee, except for discontinued items, which are not refundable. Shipping and handling is not refundable. 


If your THERMALBLADE is damaged or simply does not work for what ever reason please follow the warranty policy for the THERMALBLADE.
